Hi there! Let me share a bit about my career journey—it’s been quite the adventure!
I started out studying microbiology because I was fascinated by the tiny, hidden world of microbes. But then, I took some psychology and education modules as electives, and everything changed.
That’s when I realised my true passion lies in education, learning, and development and from that point on, my career took a new path.
I blended my science background in microbiology with roles in public health education, international development, and designing learning experiences.
It felt like I had finally found my calling. And now, after 15 years, I’ve decided to launch Blended Vocation. It’s more than just a business—it’s the result of my journey and a way to share my love for flexible, tailored learning solutions.
At Blended Vocation, I focus on creating learning experiences that are as unique as you or your organisation.
The best part is, I’ve built a way to balance my professional life with being a parent, which is so important to me.

I have 15 years of experience helping clients improve their performance and facilitate workplace learning. I create instructional materials and learning solutions with a track record of adapting solutions for different industries and sectors.
My learning design approach prioritises relevant content, practical application, visual impact, flexibility, and blended multimedia learning strategies.
I have worked with small and large businesses, including St Mungo’s, UNICEF UK, Crown Agents, Terrence Higgins Trust, and Connectr.
I have designed learning solutions and programmes for The EBRD, Aon, Baker McKenzie, Cognizant, and National Grid.
I design and develop blended learning materials and flexible training solutions, working with your provided source content or collaborating with subject matter experts.
My expertise includes creating blended learning programmes, training activities, course writing, lesson plans, facilitation materials, customised slide packs, e-learning, video tutorials, eBooks, workbooks, microlearning, educational content, employee development strategies, and work experience programmes.

Technical background
I have a BSc in Microbiology and a Master’s in Education and International Development (Health Promotion). As a CIPD Associate and Career Strengths Facilitator, I bring over 15 years of experience to my work.
