A bit about me…

Hi, I’m Mabel, a freelance training and blended learning consultant with 15 years of experience helping clients improve their performance and supporting workplace learning.

I design and create instructional materials, training content, and customised work experience programmes. I have a track record of adapting learning solutions for different industries and sectors.

My learning design approach prioritises relevant content, practical application, visual impact, flexibility, and blended multimedia learning strategies.

I have worked with small and large businesses, including St Mungo’s, UNICEF UK, Crown Agents, Terrence Higgins Trust, and Connectr.

I have also designed learning solutions and programmes for the EBRD, Aon, Baker McKenzie, Connectr, Cognizant, and National Grid.
